She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Fowler and Dorothy Fowler (Reigle). She is survived by: her son Alex Burchfield (Carolyn) of Maryland; her grandchildren, Olivia and Lexi Burchfield; and her stepgranddaughter Lindsay.
