She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Foulk and Martha Foulk (Bramn); and her siblings, Robert, Richard Foulk and Mary Elizabeth Foulk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Hummel (Rick) of McClure, Cindy Heckman (Todd) of McClure and Tonia York of South Carolina; her siblings, Lou Ann Yoder (Larry) of Lewistown and Barbara Lepley (Rich) of Yeagertown; her grandchildren, Michael Rager, Skylar Romig (Taylor), Bradley Rager (John Neugebauer), Tristin Hughes and Hope Whitcher; and her great grandchildren, Grayson, Braelyn, Wrenley, Nolan and Myles.
