He was predeceased by: his parents, Bartley Kratzer and Hazel Kratzer (Whisner); his wife Virginia Kratzer (Whary); his daughter Terry C. Vosk; and his son-in-law Edward "Gomer" Powell.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Powell of Lewistown, Tracy Walters (Doug) of Lewistown and Toni Kearns of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Kerry Schultz (Chuck), Jake Hagerty, Nathaniel Mowery (Claire), Hayden Tenalio (Eric), Carly Powell, Brodie Smith (Alexa), Joselyn McClain (Tyler) and Isaiah Kearns; his great grandchildren, Hannah Laboon (Corey), Jacob Schultz (Xindi), Jonah Schultz, Dylan Hagerty, Landon Bowen, Stella Mowery, Walker Dalton, Reese Hagerty, Elijah Peters, Prescott Smith, Lilly Mowery, Ruby Mowery, Harlowe McClain and Aristin Smith; his great great grandchild Bai Schultz; and his pets, Ella and Rhondo.
