He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Elliott and Sarah B. Elliott (Cuff); and his siblings, Charles, James, Stephen, David Leroy Elliottt and Barbara Stevenson.

He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Elliott of Marietta, Gary "Frank" L. Elliott (Rocky) of Harrisburg and Sarah Lewis of Mifflintown. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
