He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Swisher and Margaret Swisher (Goodwin); his former wife Wanda C. Swisher; and his brother Harold C. Swisher. He is survived by: his children, John T. Swisher, Jr. (Vicki) of Justin and Schon Shosey of Little Rock, Arkansas; his siblings, Carole Campbell of Lewistown and Charles Swisher (Satsuki) of Carlisle; his nieces, Laurie Campbell and Lisa Poche; and his fiancée Donna M. Baker of Lewistown. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
