He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Blaine W. Houtz and Betty J. Houtz (Grumbine); his wife Dolly D. Houtz (Buchanan); his children, Kelly M. Huff (Bill) of McClure, Kim E. Matthews (Craig) of McVeytown and Joshua J. Houtz of Bridgeville; his grandchildren, Cody Tallon (Kate Long), Cale Matthews (Samone Arentz), Jade Houtz (Dustin Packer), Sophie Christine (Brice) and Morgan Houtz; his great grandchildren, Layla, Tyson, Addi, Knox, Sophina, Arianna, Milo, Scarlett, Fletcher, Bonnibel and Dahlia; and his siblings, Mark Houtz (Pam) of McVeytown, Joyce Cavanaugh (Houtz) of McVeytown, Lois Kenepp (Houtz), Mary Lou Miller (Larry) of Lewistown and Elaine Searer (Jack) of McVeytown. He was also cherished by his family and his wife's brothers and wives.
