He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira James and Ruth Price (Goshorn); his wife H. Anne Price (Shartzer); and his sister Dorothy Craig. He is survived by: his children, Jack Price (Sharon) of Lewistown and Cynthia Bratton (Mark) of Reedsville; his sisters, Jeanne Adams of Lewistown and Carol Wilson of Lewistown; and his grandchildren, Nicholas S. Price, Carla A. Fink (Clint) and Christopher J. Bratton (Krysti Spadea).
