She was predeceased by: her parents, George Specht and Florence Specht (Henry); her husband Blaine Frutchey; and her children, Donna VanBillard and Mark Frutchey.
She is survived by: her children, Carrol Rose (Russell) of Lewistown, Kenneth Stitt (Carole) of Newport and Christine Reside (David) of Lewistown; and her stepdaughter Vicky Rishcoff (Chris) of Kutztown. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
