He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Mills and Mildred Mills (Dunheimer); his wife Ann Marie Mills (Brown); and his siblings, Patricia Shaw and Jerome.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Mills (Tamra) of Lewistown, Richard Mills (Jenny) of Las Vegas and Deanna Mills (Mike Demi) of Lewistown; his sister Deborah Weber (Walter) of Pottsville; his grandchildren, Justice (Eve), Carter, Conor, Abel, Nicholas, Taryn (Ian), Mackenzie (David) and Samuel; and his great grandchildren, Rowen, Avery, Colby, Ayden and Henry.
