He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Powell and Edna Powell (Harris); and his brothers, John and Ronald Powell. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Powell (Kratzer); his daughter Carly Baumgardner (Nathan) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Walker Dalton, Elijah Peters and Zander Baumgardner; and his friend Dr. Ricardo Carter (Diane). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
