We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Deborah L. Cox-Foltz of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, born in Rochester, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Harry Donley and Lillian Donley (Alling); and her husband Stephen Foltz, Sr.. She is survived by: her close friend Robert John Snyder; her children, Amy Peachey of Lewistown, Aaron Cox, Tia Kurtz of Burnham and Stephen Foltz, Jr. of Milroy; and her grandchildren, Addison, Lakesha, Ava, Gaberial, Alenza, Hannah and Lilli. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
