She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hickman and Bertha Hickman (LeCompte); her husband Alvin E. Richard; her son-in-law Gary L. Wagner; and her stepgrandson Gary Lee Wagner, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Wagner of Lewistown and Lamar Richard (Tammy) of Lewistown; and her siblings, Della Rae Goss, Robert Hickman of Martinsburg, PA and Mary Jane Strauser of Vira. She is also survived by 5 Step Grandchildren and 18 Step Great-Grandchildren.
