She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Gutshall and Evelyn Gutshall (Zuckerman); her husband Robert C. "Bob" Smith; and her brother Ray Gutshall. She is survived by: her children, Lisa McKnight (Todd Dvorak) of Lewistown, Paul Smith (Barbara Peck) of Lewistown and Luis Perez (Julie) of Maryland; and her siblings, Deanna Wakefield of Shirleysburg and Garry Gutshall of Rockhill. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
