He was predeceased by: his sisters, Rosella House, Anna Lee Ritchie, Donna Parks, Faye Parks and Winnafred Kovacevic.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta L. Strayer (Winter); his children, R. Keith (Sue), Kent E. (Tammy), Jeffrey S. (Doreen), Tracey L. (Christopher Weiss) and Heather L. (Randy Otstot); his sister Nancy Weibly; and his sister-in-law Margaret Brubaker. He is also survived by grandchildren and 13 Nieces and nephews.
