He was predeceased by: his wife Gaynel "Gay" Duncan; his parents, James Duncan and Rose Duncan; and his siblings, Betty Conover and James Duncan, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Hetzel (Butch), Jennifer Westfall (Richard) and Misty Miller (Chris Ramirez); his grandchildren, Robert Dooley, Heather Dooley (Chris Smith), Tara Dooley, Kelly Dooley (Doug Buchanan), Cheyenne Westfall and Richard Westfall, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Aislynn, Ryker, Addyson, Stormie and Duncan; and his sister-in-law Patricia Duncan.
