He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard F. Stephan and Carolyn M. Stephan (Rex); and his brothers, Richard M. Stephan, Michael A. Stephan and Robert Stephan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Helen Terry Colosi (Frank) of Levittown and James Scott Stephan of Lakeland, FL; his nieces, Jennifer Payne, Janine, Kimberly Stephan and Teresa Colosi; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Olivia, Lila, Max, Maisy, Kai, Phoebe, Riley, Makenzie and Laina.
