He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Patton-Kosiba (Paul); his grandchildren, Jeremy Addition, Jared Morgan and Jocelyn Caitlin Kosiba; his siblings, Kathleen Giordano (Vince), Barb Drum (late Edward) and Clifford Patton (Arleen); his friends, Leo, Kathy, Less, Carol, Bones and Ed; and his caregivers, Sandy and Lisa.
