She was predeceased by: her son Billy Guinn; her parents, Chelous McAndrews and Rema Ladner; and her daughter-in-law Brenda Guinn. She is survived by: her children, Tony Guinn, Tomi Guinn (Mark Klink) and Flicka Smith; her grandchildren, J. T. Smith (Kim), Charlie Smith (Tammy), Jeremy Zuzak (Ashley), Justin Zuzak, Haley Carlisle and Olivia Carlisle; and her great grandchildren, Payton Smith, Colton Smith, Hayes Carlisle, Hensley Carlisle, Callie Smith and Kaylee Zuzak.
