She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Shimko, Kimberly Flight (Douglas Maddas) and Christine Kozak (Rodney Lambert); her grandchildren, Cheyenne Sage, Colton Sage and Nicolas Zagata; and her great grandchild Nikita Zagata.
