She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Reparsky and Florence Reparsky (Dolores Roll); and her spouse Dale Gregg. She is survived by: her son Patrick McGurgan of Marietta, PA; her stepsons, Dean (Sheri Gregg) of Uniontown and David Gregg of Columbia, SC; her granddaughter Amanda Gregg; her brother Steven (Shari Reparsky) of Virginia; her niece Michelle Reparsky; and her nephews, David and Sean Reparsky.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to either a foundation in which Denise was involved called Ryan's Tribute, at ryanstribute.org or St. Jude Children's in.
