He was predeceased by: his nephew Matthew Moats. He is survived by: his parents, Leroy Barto and Kathleen Mae Duvall Barto; his wife Juanita; his children, Tammy Wallace (Walter) of Chambersburg, Jessica Hissong (Jeremy) of Chambersburg and Jeremy Barto (Ashley) of Hagerstown; his grandchildren, Samuel Miller, Ella and Izaak Hissong; his son David Barto; and his siblings, Franklin Barto (Tammy), Joan Daley (Jason), Gary Barto (Kimberly) and Anna Horst (Tracey). He is also survived by his children, grandkids, and wife.
