He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Hoffman and Mary Hoffman (Galbavy); and his brother Jacob "Jack" Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, Jared (Sherry) of Lehighton, Richard H., Jr. (Judi) of Kunkletown and Tonya (Christopher Cortright) of Bath; and his sister Sandra Fritz of Lehighton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; cousins, nieces, and nephews.
