He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Franklin and Theresa Franklin (Kindlan). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Franklin (Broccardi); his sons, Joseph Horan, Christopher Horan and Paul Franklin (Tiffany Hahn); his granddaughters, Gabriella Horan, Aubrey Horan and Riley Jo Franklin; and his siblings, Lloyd "Brownie" Franklin (Ellen), Katie Franklin Armstrong (Jeff) and Jennifer Franklin.
