She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Schaffer (Holben) and Franklin Schaffer; her husband Jim; and her siblings, Hope Hopper, Norman Schaffer and Robert Schaffer.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Snyder; her son-in-law Donald Snyder (Jane Schelly) of Orefield; her grandchildren, Schelly Harrison and Sean Snyder; and her siblings, Rev. Franklin Schaffer, Larry Schaffer and Terry Schaffer. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Parkland Community Library or the Lehigh County Historical Society, in care of the funeral home, PO Box 52, Fogelsville, PA 18051.
