He was predeceased by: his daughter Christine. He is survived by: his sister Juana; his girlfriend Janet Berges; his children, Dennis, Jr. of Tulsa, OK, Beth Eslick of Broken Arrow, OK, Brenda Thompson of Monroe, NC, Michael of Wichita, KS, Dara, Cobourg and Scott of Pittsburg, KS; and his brother James of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
