He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Ustaszewski. He is survived by: his wife Lisa L. Schlottman (Salvati); his children, Carlee M. Salvati (Brian Moatz), Courtnee M. Burke (Stanley Burke) and Miranda L. Schlottman; his close friends, Luke Schlappich and Nicholas L. Schlottman; his grandchildren, Halee, Izaak, Breana, Payton, Axel, Paisley and Aliyah; his great grandchild Mareana; his siblings, Barbara Iezzi (Anthony), Albert Ustaszewski, Brenda Famalaro (Lewis) and Walt Schlottman (Lori); and his pet Sadee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family or sent to Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street, Leesport, PA 19533 to assist the family with final expenses.
