He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram Ringler and Mildred Ringler; and his son Geoffrey D.. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Robert of Wauseon, OH and Rebecca (James Fischer Jr.) of Lititz, PA.; his grandchildren, Noelle Ringler, Susan Ringler, Lily Ringler, William Ringler of Wauseon, OH and Jamey Fischer of Lititz, PA.; and his brothers, David (Lynda) and Roy (late Kirke) of Reading, PA..

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Samaritan's Purse, PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607.
