It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Marie Althouse of Leesport, Pennsylvania, born in Laureldale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Benjamin and Sallie Althouse (Kauffman); and her siblings, Wilson Althouse, Mary Burdan, Hans Althouse, Anna Parzanese, Ida Prutzman, Ruth Reber, John Althouse, Helen Keller and Harold Althouse. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
