He is survived by: his wife Sandra M. Wagner (Stoudt); his children, Sharon A. (Brian Spatz), Perry Twp and Nevin E. Wagner (Patricia Mellor); his grandchildren, Bryan, Justin, Stephanie, Jennifer, Tracey and Kenny; and his sisters, Phyllis Long and Nancy James (Perry Twp).
