She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Willis Minnich and Catherine R. Minnich (Wilhelm); and her son Charles E. Winnand, III. She is survived by: her daughter Catherine A. Wenger; her grandchildren, Allison (Joshua Kollman) and Dr. Bradley D. Wiest (Amie); and her great grandchildren, Ethan Wiest, Ella Grace Kollman, Luke Kollman, Brycen Wiest and Blake Kollman.
