He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah and Edna Keefer (Nye); his daughter Kathleen Hackman Wilhite; and his siblings, Sherwood Keefer and Ruth Schock.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his daughter Donna Marie Keefer of Wilmington, Delaware; his brothers, Gerald Keefer and Kenneth Keefer (Shirley); his grandchildren, Jessica Park (Jin Ho), Benjamin Hackman (Melissa), Daniel Hackman (Assata) and Mia Keefer; his great grandchildren, Logan Park, Andrew Hackman and Granit Hackman; and his sons-in-law, Jeffrey Hackman and Gary Wilhite. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
