He is survived by: his wife Joan Miller; his children, Jennifer Gregg and Gregory Hicks; his stepson Daniel Althouse; his grandchildren, Steven Boepple, Benjamin Boepple, Justin Boepple, Michelle Boepple, Reginald Hicks and Emma Michael; and his nieces, Julie Burkey and Sue Knerr.
