He was predeceased by: his parents, John Batdorf and Christine Batdorf (Arnold); and his siblings, John, Joseph, Steve, Tina Emerich and Mary Wolfe.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth J. Batdorf (Smith); his children, Tammy Nye, Debbie Zeigler and Michael S. Batdorf; his grandchildren, Nicole, Shana, Hunter, Crystal, Tiffany, Emily and Brayden; his great grandchildren, Tamia, Mikah, Royal, Sophya, Jordyn, Haidyn, Gabby, Ezra, Teagun and Easton; and his sister Patricia Wolfe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
