With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Emma Miller of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 6, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Van S. Miller, II; her parents, Joseph Hoke and Catherine Hoke (Spangler); her children, Vanessa Brown, Van S. Miller III and Valerie Doeing; her grandson Andrew Doeing; her great grandchild Danica Layser; and her siblings, Harry Hoke, Joseph Hoke, Elizabeth Blouch, Joan Hoke and Barbara Resh.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patty Shepps (Bruce), Donna A. Frankfort (Michael) and Dawn Stone (Frank); her sons-in-law, Jay Brown and Mark Doeing; and her siblings, Catherine Wright, Helen Ruhl and Robert Hoke. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (2 N 8th St, Lebanon, PA 17046). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary's name may be made to St. Mary's Church at the above address.
