He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Stelter and Emma Stelter (Schroeder); and his wife Diane Stelter. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Stelter (Mary) of Mohnton and Jennifer Morgan (John) of Reading; his grandchildren, Jayden Stelter, Megan Morgan and Kaitlyn Morgan; and his brother Gary Stelter.
