She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. Palkovic, Sr.; her mother Mary Matarazzi; and her son-in-law Terry Fink. She is survived by: her children, Denise Henry (Michael), Robert Palkovic, Jr. (Sandra) and Pamela Fink. She is also survived by three great grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
