He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gostomski and Edna Gostomski (Rozenek); his wife Judith Ann Gostomski (Casey); and his brother David Gostomski. He is survived by: his son Gerald C. Gostomski (Jackie) of Myerstown; his granddaughters, Ella Casey and Emily Olivia; and his brother James Gostomski of Mentor, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
