She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Glick and Elsie Glick (Wolf) of Mt. Zion; her husband Rodney R. Kotay; and her siblings, Hazel, Martha and Henry.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael R. and Thomas A. Kotay; her daughters-in-law, RoseMarie Kotay (Risser) and Denise A. Kotay (Keath); her granddaughters, Jennifer Kotay and Jessica Bahler; and her great grandchildren, Cecelia and Zachary.
