Ackerman and Julia Ackerman (Coleman) of Latrobe; his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Ackerman (Martin); his daughters, Noelle Patrick (David) of Johnstown and Bethany Ferwerda (Kellan) of New Hampshire; his grandchildren, Breanna, Logan and Brayden Patrick; his brothers, Mike Ackerman (Barb) of Indiana, PA, Jon Ackerman (Darlene) of Greensburg and Mark Ackerman (Jennifer) of Wexford; and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Carr (Owen) and Ted Martin (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
