He is survived by: his children, John D. Belash (Melissa) of Jeannette, Julie R. Welch (Mark) of Blairsville, Tina M. Croft (Hank) of Stahlstown and Michelle T. Zajdel (Albert Jr.) of Derry Township; his sisters, Stephana Campbell (Wayne) of Ligonier, Sylvia Lee Miller (George) of Homer City and Victoria L. DeChurch (Larry) of Indiana; his stepdaughter Terri L. Dominick (Michael) of Latrobe; his grandchildren, Matthew Murphy, Jessica Knode, Jackson Knode, Jeremy Arbore, Gavin Belash, Riley Belash, Jake Hart (Megan), Sarah Ross (Jeremy) and Danielle Smetak; his great grandchildren, Lillian, Silas, Brayden, Haylee, Hunter, Bryce, Ivy, Brooke and Denver; his stepgrandchildren, Haley Shiver, Morgan Shiver and Christopher Kunkle; his stepgreat-grandson Sebastian; and his pet Toby.
