He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell F. Harr Sr. and Ruth V. Harr Myers (Lenhart); his brother Clifford Harr; and his nephews, Donald and Joseph Harr.
He is survived by: his children, Vernon W. Harr Jr. of Latrobe, Timothy P. Harr (Melissa) of Penn and Kayla N. Sgro (Justin) of Phoenixville, PA; his brothers, George Harr (Sherri) of Louisville, KY, Robert Harr (Denise) of Latrobe, Russell Harr (Della) of Latrobe and Clark Harr (Patricia) of Latrobe; his grandchildren, Shianne Jenkins (Dan), Bryce Harr (Sadie), Dilynn Sgro, Adalynn Sgro and Bennett Sgro; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
