She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Mitchell and Marie A. Mitchell (Moore); her husband Aldo O. Prosperi; her siblings, Dr. William J. Mitchell and Marlene Pepper; and her great grandchild Aiden.
She is survived by: her children, Susan M. Hickey (Martin), Dr. Aldo J. Prosperi (Kathy), Dr. Stephanie A. Prosperi (Denny Findish), Dr. Paul W. Prosperi (Amy) and Dr. Anne H. Prosperi; her grandchildren, Marie Hickey, Gloria Hickey, Aldo Prosperi (Laura Kunkel), Blase Prosperi and Gian Prosperi; her great grandchildren, Olive, Enzo, Maisy, Luke and Sylvia; and her sister Joanne Darko. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
