He is survived by: his wife Helen Lekawa (Kozickie); his children, Dan Lekawa of Latrobe, Christine Hackley (Tom) of New Alexandria and Steven Lekawa of Latrobe; his siblings, Donald Lekawa (Colleen), Dale Lekawa (Ruth) and Nancy Smith; his grandsons, Rick Lekawa (Alexandra), Steven Lekawa, Danny Lekawa and Josh Cox (Brianna); and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Hazel, Stryker, Madison, Olivia, Ethan and Evelyn.
