He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Horak (O'Barto) of Latrobe; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Myers of Latrobe, Deborah Stabile (Albert) of Latrobe and Johnette Bridge of Latrobe; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many, many, friends, and his loving companion.
