He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel C. Neighly and Julia Neighly (Shaffer); his children, Diane Neighly and Robert Neighly, Jr.; his granddaughter Jennifer Boske; his son-in-law Richard Stahl; and his sisters, Martha Harr, Armeda Gray and Janet Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Neighly (Henry); his children, Debra Stahl, David Neighly (Dianna Cipriani) and Darlene Zacchetti (Tim); his daughter-in-law Dora Neighly; and also, Josh, Jake, Ben and Robert. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews.
