He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Repko and Catherine Ann Repko (Meloy); and his siblings, Paul J. Repko and Mary Ellen Repko. He is survived by: his siblings, John P. Repko of Latrobe, David Repko of Unity Township, Michael C. Repko (Sharon) of Youngstown, Martin K. Repko (Mary) of Derry Township, Andrew W. Repko (Sandra) of Unity Township, Robert Repko (Tracey) of Unity Township and Ann E. Repko of Unity Township. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
