He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Duffey and Mary Galando Duffey; his wife Carol Allen Duffey; his children, Tony Duffey, Juella Duffey Nesbitt, Mary, Paula and Angela Duffey; and his sisters, Rose and Mary Duffey.
He is survived by: his sons, James Duffey, Paul O'Neal and Mike Steven Duffey. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
