She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Helen, Stanley Schalcosky, William and Dolores Welsh; her uncle Richard Schalcosky; and her pets, Zeke and Roxy.

Welsh and Janet Welsh (Schalcosky) of Latrobe; her siblings, Rachel Welsh of Charles Town, WV and Wil Welsh (Elyse) of Sharpsburg; her brother-in-law David Renninger of Charles Town, WV; her aunts, Nancy Sandacz of Latrobe and Sherry Schalcosky of Pittsburgh; her cousins, Michael, Nicole, John and Mikey; her close friend Mimi Thomas; and her pet Chewie Louie.
