She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent B. Parizek and Rose Parizek (Cervi); her husband Clarence R. "Butch" Blake Jr.; her brother James A. Parizek (Marian); and her great-nephews, Michael and Robert McDowell.
She is survived by: her nieces, Linda McDowell (Robert), Lianne Parizek (Ginger Fontaine) and Lori Anne Blake Price (Todd); her great-nephews, Aiden and Grayson Price; her close friends, Melissa and Leiana Vaughan; and her pet Toby.
