She was predeceased by: her parents, John McDowell and Kay McDowell (Chesla). She is survived by: her significant other Bob Elliott; her children, Angie Gessler (Jeff) and John "JD" Gessler (Leanne); her grandchildren, Kaylee Johnston (Logan), Natalie, Sabrina and Bryson Gessler; her great grandchild Cade Johnston; and her siblings, Chuck McDowell (Hollie), Tom McDowell (Dana) and Suzie Saxton (Ed). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
